Regulations

1. Guests staying at Kantadaj Village Domki Prestige are kindly requested to follow the rules of safe and cultured rest. The principle of respect for the good of neighborly relations applies.
2. The facility has a night silence from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
3. We do not organize PARTIES, stag or hen parties!
4. A registration system is in force. Guests are required to show their IDs upon check-in.
5. Accommodation is based on a photo ID.
6. The cottage is available to persons after making a reservation. Up to 5 people can stay and only those reported when booking. The cottage cannot be made available to third parties.
7. Only accommodated guests stay on the premises. It is not possible to bring visitors.
8. The day starts at 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival and ends at 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure. Extension of the day is possible, subject to availability, for an additional fee.
9. The cottage is booked by phone, e-mail directly on Kantadaj Village Domki Prestige and a 40% deposit paid after booking on the website kantadajdomki.pl or booking.com. The remaining amount is payable for the entire period of stay in advance on the day of arrival. Failure to use any of the services by the Guest does not entitle the Guest to request a refund of the amount paid. Payment also constitutes acceptance of the regulations.
10. The deposit is not refundable upon the Guest's resignation.
11. The cottage includes bed linen, towels and cleaning products - capsules, bags, for one rental period.
12. Changing bed linen in emergencies due to the guest's fault is possible for an additional fee.
13. Please throw away your own rubbish in the containers located by the fence.
14. Minor children remain under the care of their parents or legal guardians on the premises.
15. Kantadaj Village Domki Prestige is not responsible for items left in the cottage. For your safety, please close the windows and doors when leaving the cottage, the main gate and the entrance gate with the remote control that you receive. A fee of PLN 200 is charged for losing the remote control.
16. Guests use the parking lot located on the premises. There is one car per cottage.
17. The owner is not responsible for valuable property left in the cottage, e.g. cash, securities, jewelry, precious stones, documents, numismatic, philatelic collections, works of art or other valuable or unique items or for the loss or damage to vehicles or property left in them.
18. Small animals are accepted for an additional fee of PLN 70 per day.
19. Fire safety rules must be followed. It is forbidden to leave open fires unattended, not to use your own electric heating devices that are not part of the cottage equipment or other devices that may cause a fire hazard or leave chargers connected to sockets.
20. Fire extinguishers are located in each cottage. Please familiarize yourself with where they are located.
21. Smoking and taking other stimulants is prohibited in the cottages and on the premises of Kantadaj Village Domki Prestige.
22. Guests will be charged additional fees for vandalizing the cottages, damaging equipment or objects or unauthorized use of fire extinguishers and the resulting consequences - the need to replace the equipment with new, additional work.
23. Please do not take or move the furniture that is part of the cottage equipment outside or combine garden furniture on one terrace.
24. The barbecue area is located by the bonfire and it is necessary to reserve it for individual hours. Grill gadgets can be purchased on your own.
25. The training and recreation cottage can be reserved exclusively for an additional fee within a certain range of hours. We remind you that the night silence is in force at 10 pm throughout the facility.
26. In matters not regulated in these Regulations, the provisions of the Civil Code and the Act on Tourist Services apply accordingly.
27. On the premises, it is forbidden to use your own loudspeakers, telephones with your own music that disturbs the stay of other guests. The use of a headset is recommended.
28. We inform that the facility is monitored 24 hours a day.
29. We inform that the use of sessions in the Japanese tub and Finnish sauna is tantamount to reading the Japanese tub and Finnish sauna Regulations and accepting them.
30. The owner reserves the right to demand that Guests who do not comply with the Regulations leave the Kantadaj Village Domki Prestige area - especially those who grossly disturb the peace of neighbors and other people staying on the Kantadaj Village Domki Prestige area. Due to the violation of the above provision of the regulations, the guest is obliged to pay a fine of PLN 300 for its violation.
31. A deposit of PLN 300 per cottage is charged upon check-in to cover any potential damage. The deposit is returned to the bank account within 3 days of check-out, after checking the technical condition of the cottage.
32. The deposit is tantamount to accepting the regulations.

Before entering the tub, please read the Instructions for Use.

1. Using the tub is tantamount to accepting all provisions of these Regulations.
2. Use of the tub is only permitted for persons over 16 years of age.
3. When using the tub, strictly adhere to the instructions for use, instructions and information provided by the hosts or employees.
4. The tub may only be used by healthy persons or persons whose ailments do not constitute contraindications to using the treatments. Entry to the tub is prohibited in particular to persons:

• • with heart disease, hypertension and diseases of the blood vessels,
  • with thyroid disease, claustrophobia, epilepsy, acute rheumatic conditions,
  • with tumors, acute infections and asthmatic conditions,
  • with elevated body temperature,
  • women during menstruation and during pregnancy,
  • tired, under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

5. By entering the tub, the user confirms that their health condition allows for this form of recreation. Kantadaj Village Domki Prestige is not responsible for any damage, including health effects of staying in the tub, caused by reasons beyond the control of Kantadaj Village.
6. Before entering the tub, you must:

• • remove all metal objects
  • remove glasses and contact lenses
  • wash your entire body thoroughly in the shower with soap, then wipe dry
  • remove your shoes

1. It is forbidden to place any objects (towels, bathrobes, etc.) on or near the stove.
2. Only authorized persons may light a fire in the tub stove. When using the tub, you must not use any liquids, essences, oils or other substances for your own use.
3. After lighting the tub stove, guests are obliged to supervise
4. Do not touch the elements of the stove in the tub, those protruding on the surface or those immersed in water - they may be very hot! When using the Japanese tub and Finnish sauna sessions, the guest fully accepts the regulations and takes full responsibility for using the above services

1. Before entering the sauna, wash your entire body in the shower and dry it.
2. You stay in the sauna in a lying or sitting position.
3. A stay in the sauna consists of alternating overheating and cooling of the entire body. This can be done in 2 or 3 consecutive cycles.
4. One cycle lasts max. 25 minutes, which consists of:

• 8-12 minutes of staying in the hot sauna room,
• 8-12 minutes of cooling the body

5. Cooling the body in the shower consists of pouring cold water over the body starting from the feet towards the heart, and then cooling the neck and head.
6. After cooling down, you should rest and replenish the fluid level in the body with mineral water or juice.
7. After leaving the sauna, you should definitely take a shower, rinse your body with water using a cold shower.
8. If you feel unwell, you should stop the treatment immediately.
9. You should bring your own towel when using the sauna.
10. Dry sauna is recommended for people suffering from:

• Back muscle tension.
• Chronic rheumatoid arthritis.
• Ankylosing spondylitis.
• Bronchial asthma.
• Chronic bronchitis.
• Hypertension (under medical supervision and provided that hypertension is stabilized, i.e. taking medication and following an appropriate lifestyle).
• Arterial obstruction.
• Vasomotor angina.
• After a heart attack, but not earlier than after six months.

11. Dry sauna is not recommended for people:

• In an acute rheumatic condition.
• Suffering from a cold, tuberculosis, acute asthmatic condition.
• With heart failure, circulatory failure and coronary insufficiency with resting angina and uncontrolled hypertension. People with heart disease and uncontrolled hypertension.
• Suffering from acute inflammation.
• With ulcers and tumors.
• With foci of infection, venereal diseases, epilepsy, glaucoma, color blindness

When using the Japanese tub and Finnish sauna sessions, the guest fully accepts the regulations and takes full responsibility for using the above services.
